"This is the best place for all dental needs. From the minute you walk in, to the time you walk out, it's nothing but a pleasant experience and environment with lovely staff and amazing dentists . Highly recommend"
"These guys are cheaters! The treatment plan we were given had an estimated quote of $191 (after applying private health cover, originally the total charge was $478) and when we went for the treatment they charged more than $200 extra. We had to pay $433 ($693 total charge without private insurance), and when we asked the doctor about it all he did was apologize as we were mistakenly quoted the wrong amount. That’s absurd! Why should the patient pay extra for your mistakes or negligence?!? The treatment was already done, and when we came to pay that’s when we get a surprise - we couldn’t do anything. Had they informed us prior we’d NOT have gone ahead with the treatment. Never going to these guys again and I urge everyone who visit to be vigilant. They trick you then simply apologize to cover it."

"I have always been scared of going to the dentist, it would cost me a fortune and it felt like the dentists were upselling trying to convince me I needed all different kinds of dental treatment. But ever since coming to Shellharbour Pacific Smiles and meeting Dr Lisa-Marie Brown ive never been scared again. She is always honest and never pushes me into anything. My check ups cost me nothing with my health fund and fillings and things are relatively low cost. I have full trust in this dentist and recommend her to all. Everyone else who works here are always lovely too, ive never had a bad experience! All my family members come here too"
