Domino's Pizza Shellharbour Village

"I ordered a pepperoni pizza on cheesy crust online and then got a call from Dominos stating that they did not have any cheesy crust left. I advised that thin crust is fine, I later phoned dominos to find out that I have still been charged for the cheesy crust and the dominos worker informed me over the phone that “we don’t charge for cheesy crust” yet a regular pepperoni comes to $7.00… not 10.95 (yes I’m being THAT customer)."

"Ordered delivery at 4.47pm for a 6.45pm delivery Delivery time was pushed back to a time that was absolutely pathetic I could have driven to Sydney and enjoyed a pizza If you ask for a mobile number ffs you it to let people know what's happening, not some stupid delivery tracker app that is pathetic Some time mangement skills training would be a great idea for your managers if not keep getting these 0 reviews, take some initiative to help your store or suffer lost revenue"

"Purchased two pizzas, garlic bread and Pepsi via phone call for delivery. Waited an hour and no delivery. Rang to confirm delivery time and told no order had been made. Charge was clearly on our credit card. Told by staff that unable to process order unless new order was made which we did, but then wanted to charge more for the same order. Were then told to call the Domino’s hotline for refund, which apparently they can’t provide the phone number or can it be found online. Have attempted to get a refund for over a week without success. Was originally offered vouchers for less than the value of what was charged. Incompetent staff and management. Will now contact Fair Trading for further action."

"Ordered from here twice now and both times required to wait for garlic bread when the pizzas are ready to go. Also, there's no handle on the door that has a pull function, not a tough fix."

"It's comforting to know my own shocking experience is not the only one for this store. From the time it opened I was disappointed at the soggy bottom on their pizzas as compared with other stores. Its as though their oven doesn't cook from the bottom at all. The last two orders were so undercooked, the base was like warm doughy bread rather than pizza. One of those occasions the cheese was not fully melted and the ham looked and tasted like it was completely uncooked and raw. Today I got a chicken & camembert missing any camembert, or the bacon for that matter. Also had the cherry tomatoes I asked to have removed. I called and they sent a remake which was fixed but then missing the hollandaise sauce which really makes this pizza when done right. Was told this time they could offer me a free pizza next time "as it suited them better". Seriously?"
