"Soaking the early morning sun up on this prominent corner, we enjoyed good coffee and some French toast with bacon and maple syrup.. what a way to start the day. Shell Harbour is a progressive town which feels like its on the verge of dramatic change. Well worth the visit"

"What a lovely surprise for breakfast. An amazing granola and yogurt with all the add ons of nuts, fresh berries, banana and even fresh passion fruit. Delish… Hubby was impressed with his bacon and egg roll too."
"I used Lou's Place Cafe recently for catering and they did not disappoint! Lou the owner was extremely flexible with our last minute requests and all the food was incredibly tasty. Definitely check this place out if you want something great to eat! Thanks again Lou!"
"Not the greatest of experiences when we went here for lunch. The coffee was nice and probably the best thing about the place. I have read reviews on the lack of customer service here and have to agree. 2 staff members putting stock away and did not acknowledge me for some time before taking my order. The ‘pulled chicken tacos’ were tasty however it was chicken pieces out of a packet, slaw out of a packet and covered in sauce. I could have made these at home myself after a trip to woolies for much less than $16. The person I dined with ordered French toast with banana and maple syrup. The French toast had pieces of onion grilled into it obviously from a dirty grill. So, we may return for a coffee, but won’t pay to eat here again unfortunately. It’s a shame it’s not great since it’s a nice location in the village."
