"Not sure what to say. I was treated by Nerissa when I was a young adult and she was a wonderful and talented orthodontist. I now have some kids and rang up to get my young child in after the dentist recommended some orthodontic treatment. As I had a great experience I rang in mid to late 2018 to make an appointment. I was informed there is a TWO year waiting list! Not believing my wife that this is the case I then called up to be told the same thing! OK, can we be put on the cancellation list to somehow get in before two years - it is now over a year, nearly a year and a half and we have had zero contact from the practise. I am still in disbelief at this. I ended up going elsewhere which had a 6 month waiting list but had an appointment within 3 months to seek treatment for our daughter. Leaving a child who needs treatment for two years and absolutely no ability to squeeze in another appointment in that time? Come on we can do better."

"I honestly couldn't recommend Charlestown Orthodontics and Dr Nerissa Green highly enough. My daughter is currently on a six monthly review schedule and always asks me about half way between appointments when she will get to see Dr Nerissa again! All the staff are professional, caring and very easy to talk with. The premises are beautiful and the facilities first class, but the pricing is very fair and transparent. Dr Nerissa herself is just the loveliest person who goes out of her way to put children at ease while offering excellent care. We are so fortunate to have been referred to her!"
