"Appalling customer service. I received an "overdue account" notification which in fact had been paid very much on time. When I went into the store with all of the documentation (bank receipts, account statements etc) showing that the account had been paid I was rudely spoken to by the attending pharmacist. It is not unreasonable to expect them to express an apology and/or some form of explanation as to why their account department got it so wrong. His comment was "not my fault". When I suggested to him that he was representing the business being the person with whom I was speaking, he became extremely rude and arrogant. DO NOT GO THERE."

I just hope it doesn't happen to you. I believe a new pharmacist has taken over since the service used to be so nice"
