"Had a bit of a hiccup with our room key not working but the service we received was kind and impeccable. The rooms are very reasonably priced and are tidy and spacious. We will definitely come back next time we visit Newcastle. Great location and parking was easy to find. The restaurant is a true hidden gem with every meal we ordered delicious. Only issue I have is the VERY heavy smoke smell in the accommodation stairs and hall..as a non smoker and myself and one of the kids asthmatic, it was hard to breathe."

"Great location, great bar with fantastic atmosphere. Rooms are different sizes. Confidant bed, small bathroom with glass shelf above the basin and under the mirror, worst place to have it. Mirror kept fogging up after shower even with the window open. Works stay again because of location and the great bar downstairs with good atmosphere."
