"To say that our stay at this apartment hotel was not up to par would be an understatement. The room was dirty and unkempt, with stains on the floor that looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. The oven had not been properly cleaned. The chairs were visibly dirty and the pillow covers had not been changed in a while. Additionally, I found a hair on a plate in the kitchen, which was unappealing and disgusting. The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The customer service was also equally worse. We informed the front desk about the situation of the room quite a few times. Even though they promised to send someone to clean the apartment, they did not send anyone. Overall, I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. It is a poorly run establishment with subpar amenities and terrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Book for 5 adults..Didn't get the single bed ..so only 1 queen bed and sofa lounge in the apartment and 2 towels..so not set up for what was booked for..Rang and spoke to someone been an hour haven't heard anything as yet.."

"Do not stay at this hotel! Yes it is cheap but there is no excuse for moulding skirting boards, smelly lifts, dirty halls and a balcony door that does not lock. The worst aspect though is the lack of support when we complained about the wild party 2 doors down with absolutely no response from “management”. We are about to endure a second night of loud, disgusting language with no one to turn to for assistance. The police have more important things to do. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere with a bit of class."

"The room I booked was newly renovated and a pleasure to stay in. However, I would urge management to improve the cleaning of common areas, because the state of the lobby and lift weren't up to scratch. I booked this room as a solo traveler, but from what I could hear during my stay, the main clientele appears to be couples. I didn't really mind (I just turned the TV volume up), but it's something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper."

"I've stayed here many times, and the thing that bothers me is the lack of care by the management. Today I opened the door to my allotted room to discover it had not even been cleaned. Perhaps the cleaner ran run away, because the previous people left it in a filthy state. I rang the office (there is no reception desk here) and was given another room that, thank heaven, was actually clean. The position, at the main Beaumont Street lights is great."
