"Tried this place twice now, both times had an average experience. Food is simple, and edible, but nothing special. Overpriced to start with, but the additional 10% surcharge on weekends is a joke. They couldn't accommodate our special request to 'scramble' my 2 year olds egg. Apparently they "don't do scrambled". Service was adequate but lacked warmth."

"Good location and coffee was ok. However, that is where the positives ends. Poached egg was hard, toast was badly underdone to the point that it cannot be categorised as a toast. Sausage was probably sitting in bain marie for quite some time, marinating in its own sweat. It resembled limp, overcooked frankfurt. Bacon was the same, under-cooked and sorry looking. I gave it to my dog - he refused to eat it. I didn't expect 3 Michelin star menu, but that was barely edible. To compound poor customer experience even further, the mature lady at the back (probably the owner) was dispensing her venom on staff. On the flip side, I didn't succumb to salmonella or botulism, hence the generous two stars."
"I ordered the scone deal. It was good. My friends ordered the bacon and egg roll deal. We all agreed it was one of the best bacon and egg rolls we have ever had - both sides of the buns were toasted with melted cheese, had a big stack of bacon and TWO fried eggs! So worth it!! We also had nachos and it was a massive plate. Coffee was also quite good!!"
