"When covid came along, as per government advice, I asked for a 6 month suspension of my membership because a. I was on jobkeeper and b. All elective surgery was cancelled. I was only allowed to go in to arrears for 6 months, then I would have to pay 6 months premiums owing. During this 6 months I would not be covered.I appealed but no response. Cancelled the policy instead. I leave it to you to decide whether to insure with them."

"Extremely disappointing... After signing up with them and 8 weeks later i still haven't received my card and after calling twice they still havent sent me anything. i cannot use my health insurance and they have taken $610 of my account. the customer service keeps say that it takes a few weeks for the card to come out, every time i call. finally when i spoke to the manager he told me straight on the phone and i am quoting "he is going to do nothing about it and hung up". avoid the company at any cost. 1 star is only since it doesnt let me post the review without it i am sure the first 2 reviews are written by themselves."
