"Worst service I have had in my life. I came to the emergency at 2am and I had to wait for 2 hours to get in the queue while there is no patient at the emergency. However, there is no doctor at the emergency. Only nurses are here and they are giving service to the patient through the computer call which is not very professional. During the day I came here twice. I had the same experience. Poor management, no proper communication with the patient, reception & triage is always unattended. Just waste of my time. I would rather call it a pharmacy than an emergency"
"Extremely poor service and level for care. Briefly saw my partner and made them wait 3+ hours with bloody wounds and a head injury. Was told a doctor was coming in the next 2 hours, however could not confirm anytime frames. Very concerning for an emergency department."
"We lost our Pa today to hideous cancer. Thank you to all the staff that we have encountered over the last few days. You treated him with dignity and kindness and you treated us the family with empathy respect and went above and beyond to support us. Thank you all."
"Been waiting for 2 and a half hours already only just to find out they had no doctor on duty throughout the day and will be atleast an hour for him to catch up and start helping people in the waiting room. Asked for panadol or neurofen twice and 20 mins later still don't even know if I'm getting it. Finally got some half an hour later. People are giving up and walking out before being seen too. After 4 hours waiting with still no treatment I've watched more people walk out then actually get treated. Watched a nurse laugh when told someone left to call an ambulance because they thought it would get quicker treatment and still have atleast 3 people in front of me that have been here longer. This health system is a pathetic joke. I watched two people Infront of me being told they would get seen in 10mins still waiting to be seen 2 hours later. Two different times nurses went to check on something saying they would be a sec to have people still standing around 15mins waiting for answers. 5 hours later still no treatment. Ended up waiting for 5 and a half hours to barely get looked at and given antibiotics and sent home"
"Waited with my 10 yr old son for 5.5 hours to see if he had fractured his wrist, only to be told that they couldn't x-ray him because it was after 5pm. We had been there since 1:30pm. Also asked for some simple pain relief form the nurse, had to wait 30mins for her to come out with it. My son was clearly in pain. NOT good enough. Will never go back again. Something needs to change!"
