"Norma's Bistro is caters to people that are Coeliac and has plenty of gluten free options available that are clearly labelled on the menu. The staff acknowledges that they can't guarantee the food is 100% gluten free because it is a shared kitchen but still go out of their way to prepare the food to be as Coeliac safe as possible. The Spanish fries were good but the real winner for me was the Lasagna. The lasagna had so much flavour and was delicious! I also ate the sticky date pudding which was incredible. All gluten free! I highly recommend Norma's Bistro!"

"Let's talk about Norma's Bistro at Alder Park Bowlo! Now besides the fact that I literally took one bite and inhaled it and that it hardly touched the sides of my throat.. the flavour of the satay burger was Moriesh - the pickels added a little bit of zest to break up the sweet coleslaw flavours and chippies were seriously crispy and delicious - cooked to perfection. Totally recommend! The chef even came out and checked in with us and it felt really nice that he took the time to come and greet the people he was serving, asked questions about the food and just generally a lovely human. I love that extra bit of love it shows they want feedback and also helps to shape the business into what they really want it to be. Love That! Highly recommend. I'll be back."

"I recently had the chance to check out Norma's Bistro for lunch with my son, quite simply, the food is amazing! Very fresh tasting, well presented, the homemade pickles on the schnitzel burger were sooooo good, and the Spanish Fries are very moorish! It's great to have another "club/pub" option in New Lambton, specially one that's walking distance from home! We'll definitely be back again!"
