"Overall we are happy with the result, the grandeur pool is a nice design and the blue agate colour is nice. The onsite installation was smooth. There were pretty extensive and repetitive delays to the install schedule and for a while their communication was not great. Communication improved close to and during the build process and Amanda and Danielle obviously work very hard, they probably just need more office staff to keep up with the size of their business. I got my own concreting, paving, fencing etc so no idea what their package process is like."
"Very slow start but the on-site team was nice. We chose narellan because we like their pool designs. The installation process was very slow. We had three delays (3 months) since the initial estimated installation time, but once the onsite team started it went quickly and handled uncertainty pretty well. Their communication about the delay wasn’t great but improved after being addressed. Pool looks awesome after being installed."

"Fantastic! Priced competitively with best service & knowledge . Mark helped us decide on our pool and we couldn’t be happier with our Nivarna 6 and colour cobalt blue is amazing. Once they started, to my surprise a month earlier! Everything was explained in detail step by step of each stage. The entire team are very friendly from the office Danielle was so helpful & made the whole process an ease & Tanya to answer my many questions to the installer Doug who was so helpful and has been installing pools for over 40 years, he’s work is top quality. The hand over and being taught how to maintain the pool (as my husband didn’t want it in the first place) Rob & Ronny the best husband & wife team!!
