"I would give no stars if I could. Ripped us off, didn’t include everything promised in the pool, the quality is disgusting. Paint is not just peeling, there’s huge chunks coming off and rust starting everywhere. So upset that our hard earned savings were wasted. Now we can’t even sell it without fixing it which is going to cost us thousands more or we need to pay thousands to get it removed. Shaun is a conman!!"

"⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ NSW Fair Trading have a public warning issued against Ubuild containers for dodgy products that leak, rust and cannot be repaired. I do not recommend. The company director Shaun Kerry is set up to take your money, provide products that fail (if you even get a product), and then set up so that the justice system can not assist you in obtaining a refund as it has dodgy business practices. As a customer, he owes us a $30000 refund and refusing to pay even after the courts have granted the refund in our favour. He currently has a debt of over $400,000 to customers, and businesses alike. Beware!"

"Lots of defects on the pool. Rust and paint peeling off. We are still owed $7k from him. Not sure if anyone is coming back to fix things or if I'll be out another $15,000 for resurfacing . Shaun Kerry (the director) is a professional conman/criminal. He is likely gonna end up in prison in the few weeks which would serve him right."

"I would not recommend Ubuild as there is no quality control nor attention to detail. My pool's leaks were fixed 9 months after delivery and the paint is peeling off now after only 4 weeks of having water in it. NSW Ofiice of Fair Trading have issued a warning not to purchase from them. Heed that warning."

"I absolutely DO NOT recommend UBuild Containers. There is a NSW Fair Trading warning against the company. Steer clear for your own sanity and avoid wasting money. We have had a dreadful 12 months, been to NSW Fair trading and NCAT and we are still owed money, in excess of A$20k, because the company won't pay up for a defective product. We have a 12 metre container pool in our back yard that arrived unfinished and leaked when we filled it. Leaked from everywhere! We have now had to engage another company at our own expense to make good. Ubuild are full of promises and stories but ultimately CANNOT deliver. Avoid at all costs."
