"Could not recommend HKK. Workmanship in terms of installation was very poor. The job was never finished. Will's final words were that he would be back to fill in above the dishwasher. This never happened. It was a relief as the workmen often left dirty hands marks. Inappropriate hinges were installed and installer refused to correct this. Will happily installed a cupboard above the fridge that opened horizontally but would not stay up so that i could retrieve items. When i asked him about installing appropriate hinges he said that these were the ones he uses. My husband has since ordered and installed the right ones. Many installation mistakes were made in the pantry cupboard and covered up with white patches. The response was "this is how we fix problems". In general, i found Will difficult to deal with."

"Zero star rating for not completing my parents kitchen who are pensioners. Unfortunately they paid in full and will now need to engage another tiler to complete the work. Tiling has not been completed after multiple calls and emails. No one gets back to you. I wish we had read the google reviews before engaging them. I will be reporting them to department of fair trading as well. To do this to pensioners, let alone any consumer is not on. Give the money back for tiling might be a good start. Shame on you Hunter Kitchen Kings."

"We had new bench tops, splash backs and sink installed by this company. We supplied and arranged installation of new range hood, cook top and oven. The communication between myself and this company was appalling. What was supposed to take a couple of weeks actually took 3 months from quote to completion. Having said that, the bench tops and splash backs are beautiful. The kitchen looks brand new even with the existing cupboards and handles. I would not recommend this company if you want to be kept well informed of any progression in proceedings."
