"Details of Complaint: I was given a christams gift with the reciept of purchase by my friend. The gift was a radio controlled quad propeller drone valed at $99. When i opened the drone to begin using it, I noticed that 2 of the 4 propellers were not working. upon closer inspection I noticed that the guards around the drone were interfering with the free movivement of the drone. The guards are plastic and come on anfd off. I cut the guard to allow the proplller to move freely believing this was the cause, however even after i freed up the propeller they still did not move. Obviously with only 2 of the propllers working the drone does not have enough uplift to fly. I attempted to contact the supllier immediately but was greeted with a voice mail message that they are currently taking other calls and to call back later. I attempted on many occassions to do so because the reciept states that i have only 7 days for the warrenty despite the contradiction to nsw consumer laws. well past the 7 days and for the next 1 and a half months I continued to call at different times and days of the week but i continued to recieve the same phone message. I sent 3 emails requesting a call back after outlining my issue but still I have not recieved any call back. I suspect that the number provided is permantely on message and making contact with the supplier is futile. I am seeking for the goods to be replaced with a fully functioning drone or a full refund. This business is a fruad. I will be persuing this through court."

"This is the worst business I have ever interacted with. I was given a Quadcopter for my birthday in 2014 which turned out to be faulty. I returned the unit to Deal1, asked for a refund and they instead demanded to send out a replacement to which I decided to give them a second chance. The replacement had a damaged frame when I opened it (which meant the Quadcopter was unable to be flown as it would be considered dangerous and able to fail mid flight). I told them that I would be sending it back. I then requested a full refund of the cost of the Quadcopter and its accessories (small HD camera attachment) as well as reimbursement for the cost I had to cover for postage back to them. They never responded to my e-mails unless I sent at least two or three of them and never answered their phone. They tried to say that the damage was "only minor" even though it was a broken frame that made the unit illegal to fly (it could fail at any second and risk injury). Because it was "only minor" they would not refund me or reimburse me the costs of postage as "they had to pay to send it out as a replacement" even though I asked for a refund. As a result I contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria and lodged a complaint. Consumer Affairs agreed that regardless of the damage, they probably should cover the cost of shipping as it was displayed on their website but they were not able to enforce payment of the shipping. They contacted Deal1 and told them that they had to replace or refund me for the Quadcopter. Deal1 still ignored my legal request for a refund and instead shipped out a replacement Quadcopter (this is the third one). This one did work as it was supposed to and had no damage. However, Deal1 still refused to reimburse me for the cost of shipping. They still did not reply in an appropriate time to e-mails and it still took more than 2 e-mails for them to respond. Ringing them never worked either and I had to resort to ringing as a private number in order to force them to answer my calls. As a result I threatened to take the to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for the costs. They ignored all my phone calls still as well as my e-mails. I took them to VCAT and demanded costs of the hearing as well as costs of the postage to be reimbursed to me. They didn't respond to my contact and didn't even turn up to the hearing. The hearing was ruled in my favour in November 2015, and even now in January of 2016 they are still failing to pay me. As a result I am now in the process of taking the matter to the Magistrates court to enforce the monetary order and charge them for this process as well. I recommend that if you are considering purchasing from this company or anything managed by Aullion Connection Pty Ltd, that you decide against it as they have abysmal business standards, horrid communication and will do their level best to avoid paying anything they owe to you."
