"Had very bad experience with the staff member only for 20 dollars. The way they behave is rude and cruel. They don’t know how to respectfully talk to other. Bought wrong stuff, return it but got refund after listening wrong stuffs from the Sales Manager and Store Manager by saying we can’t return as you don’t have receipts. According to the law, If i don’t have receipt but the product bought on the same day and return is acceptable as your register monitor can take out the copy of receipt and even bank details can show proof of buying. Moreover, I would never go to coles for shopping now . Preferring Aldi as a better place cheap and affordable and sensible staff."

"Ordering was fine but delivery was a fail. My items were delivered to the neighbours for some reason even though the house number contained no numbers even similar to mine but it was left there anyways, if it was neighbours on the other side it would be a little more understanding as to why, at least one number was the same and we at least share a driveway. This meant my shopping sat for 5 hours with frozen items in it defrosting so a waste of money because it cant be refrozen and i wont be able to eat a weeks work of defrosted chicken meals cold meats and the like in a day or 2. Very disappointing and wasted money that cant afford to be wasted."

"Empty shelves for fresh food most of the times. But today's rating is for the carelessness on the store's part. There was a spill on the floor and they did keep the wet sign but on one side of it, completely ignoring people coming from the other side. I had a slip and while I'm still on the floor this employee kept arranging the shelf instead of offering me hand or apologising. Luckily I did not suffer any injury. When I told him, he kept doing what he was doing, I waited watching and cautioning other passing by. Just to realise he had the mop next to him but he thought it is more important to arrange the shelf rather than cleaning the floor. I would not blame that employee I think this store overall is poorly managed. Need to hold the store manager to account.
