"One only checkout lady, immersed in a deep conversation with the customer in front of me. I waited longer than I would normally have until I realised that I wasn't even seeing. What a shame forcing customers to Self-service. I don't mind using self-service, but I'd rather use a human checkout in the hope that I help save a job."
"Dont ever go to the help desk. They're not helping at all. They're very rude and ignored me when I greeted them. The desk written "HAPPY TO HELP" and yet they dont seem happy to help at all, I only asked if she could check any stock available at the other shop, since I couldn't check it online (because woolies can), she only replied with "I Can't " and left me, didn't even ask if she can help me with anything else or whatsoever, I even said thank you and she ignored me!! PS: No other customer waiting, and it wasn't busy at all !!"
"Generally good experience. However although open to 11pm, most green vegetables and deli meats/seafood not available after 9pm. This is not advertised on shop entry. In addition, major restocking of shelves makes manoeuvring up and down aisle difficult and hazardous. Staff seem indifferent to customer access and safety. Also minimal or no check out staff available, requiring customers to use self serve for large shops."
"Picked up a nice ice cream snack with the kids today, not the best place but to be honest, we bought four ice creams for the price of one at somewhere else. We love coles as a main stay for groceries and cheap food as an alternative to fast food, we take the effort, save some money and make it ourselves. I say save your money, show the expensive places what we are not willing to pay."
