"Have you ever received a service that you felt wasn't up to par so you've given the Manager feedback to have them understand your position and assist them with their internal growth? What if that Manager came back and told you that they don't believe you? If that would make you upset, I suggest you don't go to our local Physiotherapists. I had NO MORE than 5 minutes manipulation after having 3 weeks of migraines from a sore neck, waited to see them so I could support local and paid $130 for 5 minutes of treatment. (It's now been fixed by a massage parlour in Canberra) They came back and said that their employee said he manipulated my neck longer than what I had stated and that they are "proud of their employee" for spending the other 40 minutes of the consultation talking about posture. (I appreciated the lesson but expected I'd have my neck manipulated and my suffering eased also) I'm absolutely Disgusted with how this has been handled. Buyer beware."
