"The English fella (I believe his name was David) who handled me was absolutely fantastic, the care and understanding was the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. Absolutely a valuable asset for your team and clinic"
"Walk in clinic has a load of extra services that I didn't know they had. Xray and plaster cast for example. Check the app for wait times so you can judge how long you'll be. Staff are really nice, certainly quicker and easier than going to ER for simpler issues. They'll refer you if required to additional services. Act Health might not get it right all the time, but they've done a good job here."
"Great walk in centre. About a 15minute wait, came in close to closing time but they were very helpful and caring. Had a terrible earache and turns out I'd perforated my eardrum. Excellent service i recieved that night. Thank you to the wonderful nurses and admin staff."
"A bit of a wait but brilliant service from an expert nurse. Chopped the top off my finger. Terrific essential service."
"Waiting period is beyond imagination even there was no patient at all. Upon asking, they were having a meeting, they said. Not happy at all with the service patient receiving."
