"I took my two primary school age children here last week expecting this to be a child-friendly dentist. Unfortunately it was quite the opposite. Small waiting room with nothing for children to do. Very little in the way of positive encouraging customer service. The whole place had an old institutional feel about it, no colours or interesting pictures for children to look at. All the staff and adults wore masks and it was noisy and difficult to communicate. We had to ask continuously for tissues, cups and water and were only given two tissues at a time. The dentist did seem to have good technical skills. The children and I left traumatized. We went to a private clinic later the same week and the experience was immensely better. I would not recommend this clinic for children."
