"Be very disappointed in the doctor my kids have been seeing. I started out with one doctor for my eldest and he was fantastic. But since now been seeing this new doctor for my eldest and 2 of my other children I have been very disappointed and she doesn't listen to what I am trying to explain. She tells me one thing but then when someone else rings her ont behalf they get told something completely different."
"What a difference the right paediatrician makes!! Previously saw another paediatrician at this practice and was left feeling disheartened and unsure of where to go to get help for my little one. I contacted the practice to try one last time to get my daughter help. The lovely administration staff recommended the paediatrician to see, booked me in for the next available (had to get new referral) and was put in the cancellation list. The paediatrician listened to me and my concerns, let me know there were definitely things we could do to help my little one and put a plan in place, with follow up! Finally my daughter is getting the help she needs! Thank you"
"Extremely disorganised and rude. We have waited nearly 6 months the my sons 2nd appointment to be told on the day that they need to cancel because they don't have the correct paper work from me. Expected me to send it through 4 hours before his appointment when I was already at work and couldn't. Then blamed me for their disorganisation. Already took half my day off at work so lost money there and put my 2 other children in oshc for no reason. Won't be seen for yet another 2 months. Another 2 months my son has to struggle. Not good enough! Will be getting a referral for elsewhere."
"Adelaide Paediatrics is located infront of Lyell McEwen Hospital in Elizabeth Vale, parking is available behind the building and is accessible via public transport with less than 2 minutes walking; Adelaide Paediatrics is strictly a "cashless" premise and accept all major credit/debit cards. Staff is courteous with great customer service skills, physician is highly knowledgeable with vast experience in their respective fields and with excellent people skills; and above all will go above and beyond to assist you. Kudus! Highly recommended!!"
