"I have been going to Vince and his team for some years now and standard has been of the highest. From the welcome, the full involvement in every step to making appointments with specialists regarding second opinions/surgery aswell as the important follow-ups. The last two years I have been in a wheelchair. Smiles and treatment have not changed. The door (unlike so many other in business) opens both ways for ease of access and yet staff are ready to assist. There is a sign on the door to inform of time of their lunch break and desk unattended but to come in and take a seat. A simple phone call prior to appointment resolves the need for extra help (whether with an escort or not) and staff are at the door to help. Many thanks to Vince and staff for your commitment to clients."
