"I have bought from here before and never had an issue with quality until i recently bought a set, wore it once and the material started to tear. I was told by two staff at different stores over the phone I could get a replacement and then when I went it, the girl told me it was against their policy after a month, even if an item was faulty. The staff member at this store was unprofessional and rude. The girl ignored me as I waited for 10 minutes and then served another girl who walked in after me. She also said I could speak to the manager and then told me to google the number myself and wouldn't let me speak on their store phone. She proceeded to say I was scaring her and that she was going to call security even though nothing had happened. I will never buy from Honey Birdette again after this horrible experience."
