"Today i went to valley girl, only one lady was working(fat lady). I feel like she is racist. And then i asked her to bill my stuff that i took and then she was very rude to me. This is not the first time that she has been talking to me like that. Once i went with my aunt and then she did the same thing and we came back home without buying anything. I think you should change the staff if not you will reduce the number of customers day by day."
"I usually visit TTP store and most of the time customer service is good. But once, while I was in fitting room a lady in her mid age enter the room while I was changing. She did not even bother to check if someone is there. She then told me rudely that this is only for moms whereas there was no sign which mentions this fitting room is only for mom. Even if it is for mom you cant just open the curtain without checking. Such a mannerless lady."
"I went to this store for the 1st with my aunty and sister the lady who works there was really annoying and rude. She literally followed us to the change room and pull the curtains while I was changing and rudely told me to bring all the clothes out of the change room. She literally followed us everywhere and stared us whole time while we were in the store. We felt very uncomfortable. She was staring us whole time like we were going to steal clothes from the store. At checkout my sister card didn't go through and she has no patience and told my sister off saying that the card has no money. It was very disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional. She didn't even ask do you have another card or do you want to try. My sister then tried her card 2nd time and it went through. I wanted to told her off that she was very impatient and unprofessional but my sister stopped me to not to spend my time on those rude people. Never gonna go there. That lady needs to be polite and professional."
