"Bought a suit last Sat Feb 04 2023 from the Tarocash Modbury TTP store at full price, asked the assistant if could offer some discount but was advised sorry can't do that on this particular suit as it is a 'new arrival' and was also told it had just landed in and it was still in the box awaiting to be put out on display. Okay I thought, fair enough so I purchased it as I liked the suit & had to have some alterations to be done which Tarocash were assisting with and also charged for. This morning, Sat Feb 11 2023, one week later from purchase went into the store to collect the suit and noticed they were offering $100 discount, 1/3 - 33% discount on the full price I paid for this 'new arrival' suit. Anyhow just thought I'd put this feedback out and if you find a 'new arrival' you like at Tarocash and it is listed at full retail price maybe wait a few days and keep checking in on their website and you might just be able to 'snap it up' at a discounted price."
"My mum, who is crippled with arthritis went to buy her grandson a shirt for Christmas, which took a lot of effort to get there, was treated with the most appealing customer service. I’m shocked to hear someone would treat another human being, let alone elderly and disabled with such, disrespect and arrogance! Shame on you lady. No help, pointed your finger for her to look for herself. I hope you or your elderly parents NEVER know what it’s like to be treated this way! Unbelievable."
