"I popped in yesterday morning because I've had a knot in my shoulder that was pinching a nerve. It was driving me absolutely nuts because it was making my arm restless and making it hard to sleep. So bad I was crying Monday night in frustration. I decided to get a 45 minute remedial massage to cover everything in case other knots were also contributing to the issue. Last night, I could get to sleep easily, and my arm has improved so much!
