The woman serving should NOT be in a customer service role, apart from the scowl on her face making approaching her very uncomfortable, placing my over priced drink on the counter seemed to be an inconvenience to her and she snapped at me sayings 'I can't reach'! The counter is probably the same size as any retail counter yet she seemed unwilling to even pick my drink up to scan it. Most unpleasant experience just the look on her face would turn people off wanting to buy anything here"
"I thought having prices on things was a legal requirement... Got massive bill shock when I bought a mini slinky, colouring book and small cat plushee for my daughter... $55. I was too embarrassed to say no, but those prices are way too expensive. I guess this is why they don't have prices on most of the items."
