"Sorry CC but today was a pathetic excuse of any kind of customer interaction, over excited workers making OTT loud noises to communicate with customers babies totally giving the baby a fright definitely awkward for the mums (yes more than once) I noticed ladies walking around with mountains of clothes to try on, nothing being catered to by placing in fitting rooms, on that note only 4 of 6 available due to other customer unwanted clothes draped all over the place, the cleanest change room I used had squashed dried up biscuit (most likely from someone’s little one and that’s ok) CLEAN THE PLACE UP ITS FILTHY! Your store might be last years or older stock BUT that doesn’t excuse workers doing the jobs they’re paid to do. Higher management needs to clean house for sure."
"Found just what I was looking for a black long shirt, and black pants one the clearance rack, one of the Girls (short hair red high light) working there took it from me a said she will hold till I finish browsing, two minutes later she told me she can’t find the shirt and offered me something else. I kindly declined and told her I really loved the one I chose and that I wanted it, she told me it can’t be found and she doesn’t know what happened this happened in a matter of few minutes. I have never encountered something like this before. Not sure what is going on there… Very disappointed…."
