"BABY BUNTING FYSHWICK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased a dr browns bottle warmer after 2 sales assiants reassured us that this device can be used for all bottles including bottled foods as long as they fit. Used the bottle warmer and found that the wide lid does not screw on securly resulting in full bottle of breastmilk to be spilt. Attended the store today to seek a replacement. The attitude and customer service from Zoe was appalling, judgemental and condescending. I reiterated that thus bottle warmer was only purchased because we were constantly reassured that it will fit all bottles including a tomme tippee. Today we were told by Zoe that only dr browns products will work. which is contradicting the packaging that says will fit most bottles, and the information the staff member told us. Its disappointing that we had bought a product under the guidance of the staff members adivce with the specific need to work for all bottles, and when the bottles dont actually work like we were promised its all of a sudden our fault when this was never communicated. The fact that we bought something under the promise of this working for all bottles and the warmer does not deliver the service you described it too and you dont want to exchange the item is appalling and against our rights."

"Standard baby bunting store but staff quality is super diverse. Some are really enthusiastic but some are as if forced to be there so be wary of the "service-roulette". Prices are on PAR and but range is bigger but not sure how it stacks versus a store in a major city. Would also recommend looking online as we did and we noticed we could buy things 10-20% cheaper. So be mindful when you're going there and be ready to price check. You might be able to save a good 20-30%! Good luck"

"I have almost purchased all of my baby’s staff from Fyshwick franchise. On March I wanted to refund the carrier which I pitched it from Belconnen store, However the carrier was in the box and didn’t use it at all. Because Fyshwick was closest to me I wanted to refund it there because I thought it’s near my house and as I’m a good customer, they will refund it for me quickly or giving me a credit. Unfortunately, the manager treated me badly, however I was with my Bub and she didn’t want to do the refund because I was purchasing the carrier from Belconnen franchise. Belconnen store did the refund for me, and I’m very happy with their customer service. I prefer to come a long way to purchase my baby’s staff from this store. And I recommend everyone don’t spend any cent in this store, doesn’t worth it at all."

"Very worst experience, every time i visit the Fyshwick store . One of the store worker was very rude and didnt know any details of the products , but came forward to keep accusing me throughout my shopping. Will never visit Fyshwick store again . Pregnant mums or whoever it is , dont ever visit this store. If someone from the baby bunting org , pls take action against these kinda rude persons, for us to peacefully shop ."
