"This afternoon, I came there to buy skirt but unfortunately, the cashier was so rude to us! I did not noticed the queue but instead of saying nicely right away she raised her voice to me and she even told me to SHUT UP! I am a customer and I said sorry if Iwas not able to follow the line but telling me to SHUT UP and she even told me THAT SHE WILL NOT SERVE US!! No customer deserve this kind of treatment!!"

"Only reason I visited was to use a gift voucher. Ugly designs and poor quality clothing throughout store. Left store empty handed as I couldn't justify bringing their products back into my home"

"I am so disappointed with Cotton On store at Canberra Outlet. I went last Sunday (28/06/2020) to buy some clothes and the store was crowded, a lot of people distracted buying. I noticed that all the floor and under the tables had a lot of dust, massive dust balls, as you can see on the photos below. My wife went to the fit room and she didn’t have courage to take her shoes off, otherwise she would get all the dust on her socks. We are very sorry about the customers, who were buying at the store and spending money, in a place where nobody cares about the cleaning, sanitising and safety of people. It’s a huge shame for the Cotton On. The store was a completely messy and disorganised. Even though, after the peak of COVID, probably the company had time to look after the environments and think about safety requirements, it was a shame. I am not writing this review directly to Cotton On, but making people (customers) aware about this horrible experience. I hope they take care about and take some action. Thanks. They try to take out my reviews from maps I’m just repost again."

"Was served by a young man named Donnie, he was very friendly and very understanding as we kept on adding more stuff to buy and even though they were almost closed, he was still serving patiently with smile. Outstanding customer service! Thank you! You really treated customer with respect."

"Pretty good sales, staff are not very helpful. I never write reviews but I was completely abandoned in the change rooms. I requested assistance and was told by a girl that they would definitely be able to help and to wait there, and so I waited in the change room. I waited for 10-15 minutes with no return of the staff member, and so I finally gave up, got dressed and left, to find the staff member just standing there outside having a chat with another girl."
