"Five star experience - I'd rate it six if I could. Got me in at very short notice for a full four tyre replacement + wheel alignment, and it so happened that they were running a buy 3 get 1 free deal on the hard-to-find tyres I was after at the time! Time quotation was bang on (in fact, I think they finished a little early), service was friendly and attentive. It even included a complimentary car inspection (while they had the wheels off) which they videoed and sent to me, complete with assessment commentary. Quite reasonably priced (even without the sale). The waiting room includes a phone charging station, coffee and cold drink facilities, and a bit of room for my kids to sit with their ubiquitous screens. At the end, after they'd closed, they dashed out to the parking lot to get me the mobile phone I'd foolishly left charging in the room. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning for future automotive needs."
