"I have been this service centre when Niall(previous owner) was there. Since a new owner, Jake came in, I was not sure to go back. Early this week, my car had a serious problem. I was in rush and couldn't think somewhere else. I drove my car to Jake and he told me that I can't drive until it's been fixed as it's not recommended to drive. I had no idea how to pick up my little one from childcare and how long it will take to fix. Jake was so kind to organise a lift for me to childcare and fixed my car on the day. So he had to stay till late night. Also, he spent some time to explain what problem I had and I may have in future. He is honest and really nice person. "We've been long-term customers of N&D and have always found their service second to none, but never more so than this week. I called up after our car started making a bad noise, and they offered to see the car the same day. We weren't able to bring it in then but they were happy to look at it on Saturday. They had it ready for us later that afternoon good as new, and were very helpful. They have always given quality advice and excellent service, and only ever do the work that needs doing - no more, no less. Whether it's for an oil change or a replacement engine, I would heartily recommend N&D."

"I have moved around over the last few years and with that comes having to find a good place to get my car serviced. I looked up the various reviews for this place and gave them a try a year back (I got my car recently serviced with them again). Both times I have been very happy with the service and the first time, they even called up to ask if I wanted my spark plugs changed but advised it could wait to the next service. They seem very friendly and explain things when asked in simple to understand terms. They even did a cool little safety analysis of my car on a printout which was nice. These guys definitely get to keep my business and if you are looking for a place that do great work and dont rip you off, I highly recommend these guys. Oh and another nice touch, they give you a bag of sweets when you pay your bill. Pure class N&D!"
