"Very bad Customer service. I talked with them over the phone as well as physically in the store but didn't find myself comfortable to make my car with them. It doesn't matter what is the problem in the car or it is expensive to fix or blah blah. Your skill to talk with the customer should be good. You have to listen to the customer. They just try to make them feel superior and downgrade the customer. I would have given 0 star but there is no option unfortunately."
