My particular doctor is caring and very thorough and I feel fortunate to have her looking after my family’s health needs. Staff get back to you with results in a timely manner and are not merely telephone receptionists. They also have knowledge of various patient needs and are good at assessing what a patients best options are regarding scripts, appointments etc. If I had one “ complaint” it would be that you often have to wait a long time on the phone before you can “get through” , as it is a very busy practice. Perhaps an extra phone line might help?"
