"I underwent a hair transplant procedure (FUE) in August 2022 which was performed by Dr Wen Shan Sung. I had been experiencing increasing hair loss since early 40's particularly the frontal hair line area. I was highly recommended by a close friend to see Dr Wen. My experience from start to finish has been exceptional. Dr Wen performed a detailed assessment of my hair and captured a very detailed history of my condition. He then designed a hair line for me which I was consulted upon and agreed. The entire procedure was explained in detail, including each and every step of the procedure, the post procedural recovery, after care for hair and do's and don'ts. On the day of the procedure Dr Wen performed another final assessment before commencing the procedure. I was a little apprehensive initially but felt really relaxed once the procedure started as Dr Wen reassured me throughout the procedure and was constantly checking on me. The procedure was slightly uncomfortable but pain was really minimal. My entire after care process was straightforward and I was reviewed by Dr Wen frequently to check on my progress. 6 months down the line I have been very happy with the results of the transplant. My hair line has completely regrown, hair has thicken and density increased significantly. Dr Wen advises that further improvements will take place over next couple of months. Overall it was a 5 star and beyond experience with Dr Wen. He is an extremely caring, gentle and experienced doctor. The service provided by R clinic was very commendable and professional."
