"Food was same as usual. Area was untidy. Went to use the bathroom & it was deplorable. Obviously it's not checked by the staff as dirty people just keep using the toilet even though it's blocked. A staff member went in & out again instantly & does nothing about it. This isn't the first time this has happened. Avoid this place I reckon."

"Always have a great experience with the store. When they had a power failure and I went through the drive through they apologised and gave me a free icecream. Today I purchased through the app, money went out of account but order failed on app. Manager gave me the meal I would have ordered. 5 star service."
"Very difficult drive through experience. Attendant had very poor english skills and poor understanding of the menu. Ordering was very rushed and totally messed up qith food missing and extra food not ordered. I am far from being racially pedjudiced, I don't normally experience language issues to this extent but perhaps someone with english comprehension and some training would improve the situation."
"In person it is a more than decent HJ outlet but they have never delivered on time once in six months. Always late and always a level of cold. They really should stop bothering with delivery as they do it so badly and just focus on the in person trade with they do with their usual thoroughness and thoughtfulness"
