"I Was a long time customer and loved the pizza they produced until an order took 2 and a half hours to arrive. I then attempted to contact the restaurant at 10pm when they close at 11pm, 10 separate times I attempted to call and had no answer or replies. I was entertaining guest and was made to look stupid and left people hungry, disappointed doesn't begin to describe my dissatisfaction. Please do not endure what I have been through, it was a genuinely traumatising experience will never use them again!"
"We love going here as a family, the customer service is A+ Sauce and Toppings are plenty. Garlic cheese pizza for starter followed by a BBQ chicken or the Chilli pizza is our go to for sure. $1 Wings on Wednesday is a great bargain too."
"Needs less than a 1 star rating. Disgusting service, I have never been so appalled in my life! They delivered me a pizza with pineapple on it, after I asked for no pineapple due to an allergy and they said that I said "no pepperoni" for a pizza that didn't have pepperoni on it to start?! Completely gaslighting me and being so rude and refusing a refund. Will be contacting consumer affairs and the media."
"Ordered 2 large pizzas both half and half and when we arrived home noticed one pizza was not what we ordered but being hungry we ate it. Rang up to notify them and was met with real attitude. Lift your game because there are many more pizza shops out there for everyone to lavish their hard earned cash on"
"Always had good service and good pizza from them. Today we were told at least an hour as we live a fair way away from normal delivery area. That's fine we expected that. After 2 hours we were concerned. Pizza never arrived blamed new staff didn't have our number couldn't contact us. Asked if we still wanted Pizza which would now be 3 hours later. No accepting of any blame no offer to recompensate. No care for customers that used to live closer and still want their Pizza. Disgraceful explanation of why we didn't get a pizza. Pizzas are good service is very poor"
