"I would have given it negative, if I can. I found a hair in the rice and the guy had the audacity to tell me, “ he doesn’t know”. He had the nerve to tell me I must have put it in”. When I said go on, check the cameras, why did not you check? Worst customer service. Did not even said sorry. You are cooking, you are serving, how the hell you don’t know??? No replacement, no refund offered. DO NOT GO TO DUMPLING PLACE TO EAT UNHYGIENIC FOOD!!!!!!"

"Wish there was a 0 star option, however goggle has made me give a star. How kind. 30 for "honey chicken" and "noddles". The chicken was dry and tasteless, the outter crust was soggy. The noddles were so dry and had no flavor whatsoever. Only thought after (my few bits) what i waste of money and wish i had gone to noddle box. Please dont eat food here, unless you enjoy blend, soggy and gross food then you will love it here."

"The worst experience with Asian Food in Adelaide is the outcome of our visit to Dumpling Club at Gilles Plains. We wanted Beef Dumplings, to be told they are out of them. We then settled for a serve of Pork Dumplings and Chicken Dumplings with a Chicken Tempura and Coke No Sugar to Drink. To say the only thing that resembled good tasting was the Coke No Sugar is not an over exaggeration. The Chicken Tempura was room temperature, with a soggy outer coating and was desperately looking for some form of seasoning or flavour at all. The Dumplings we assumed would be the star as it is the places name sake, but unfortunately this is a total opposite. The skin of the Dumplings was thick, floury and tasted like glue. We ate 2 Pork, and 3 Chicken and gave up. Even frozen dumplings at the Supermarket across the mall has better Flavour and texture than these dumplings. My suggestion to the owners of the establishment, go get your dumplings as you need them from the Asian Supermarket across from you and you will improve your food 1000%. That, or rename your store to Coke No Sugar Club, because that is all that was good from our visit to you."

"We ordered 2 packs of steamed pork dumplings for takeaway. When I opened the box, it produced an aweful smell because of the onions added into the dumpling paste. The taste of dumplings were not good and we had to discard them. Would never shop from this place again."
