"I always try and give these guys a chance but today was the last time in the Tuggeranong store. Have the worst customer service and are always rude. They protect their tcg cards like they work high level security for the president. You can’t get help though just told to not touch products. Will never understand having $199 booster boxes out on shelves but gift tins $15 on a shelf to the side of the register and when u go to look they tell you to step back. Lol. It’s $15 mate. Chill. Keep your business to online retailers like Gameology, PCAMart or Gamerholic. They have great prices and deliver to your door much cheaper. They aren’t rude and support collectors. PCA Mart are brilliant with their services and Facebook account giving back to the community. Or even travel next door to EB. They aren’t always cheaper but they price match and the manager and staff at the Tuggeranong are leaps and bounds above these jokers. They’ll not see a dollar off me."
"These guys are amazing. I rang up Wednesday to check on stock levels on Pokemon Cards, I then ordered and within 24 hours it was on its way to me. Received it the following Monday and it was perfectly packaged and safe. Will be ordering again through this great team again in the near future!!"
