"We had a nice lunch here on a weekday and I’ll definitely come back to try something else on their menu. We sat outside and the staff were friendly and attentive (I’ll never take that for granted in Canberra). The menu looks really good, and had quite a few options I wanted to try. Ultimately I settled on the beef tacos, but unfortunately the meat was super sweet which wasn’t really my thing. I wouldn’t get that particular dish again but I’d definitely try something else. My companion’s truffled eggs looked delicious! The coffee was good, I had decaf and it still tasted like coffee. Oh and the Portuguese tarts looked amazing, I was super jealous of my friend who decided to grab one to take away!"

"Had breakfast here, the food was decent but pricey for what you receive. We were surprised when we went to pay that the prices were more expensive than what was shown on the menu. I assume it’s increased because of inflation, but it would be good to notify customers of actual prices as I paid nearly $28 for something that was previously $24 - pretty big jump in price. The staff were lovely and we appreciated our reservation being held despite us being a little late."

"Gather cafe is located on Mort Street in Braddon. Whilst there is car parking along the street, it can be difficult to find a park nearby. There is seating indoors and out, with a mix of smaller tables and large picnic style tables and bench seating outside. There are also gas heaters for those cooler days. The staff are friendly and helpful and will take your order promptly. The menu has a good selection of dishes and there are good selections of drinks options also. Meals had a decent portion size that isn't overly generous yet won't leave you feeling hungry. Flavours and textures are well balanced, with many items on the menu covering a wide variety of cuisines. Worth a visit."

"Absolutely delicious, with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Black coffee has nothing to hide behind, and theirs was flavorful. We ordered the Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake), the Brekky Quesadilla, and the Green Bowl. All were fabulous!"

"Great place to have a nice breakfast. The food is awesome. I am more surprises with the awesome customer service. Noah is an amazing waiter at Gather Caffe! He was super friendly and He knew the menu inside and out, and his recommendations were spot-on. Overall, Noah's service was fantastic and really made our dining experience special. I highly recommend checking out Gather Caffe and asking for Noah as your waiter!"
