"BUYERS BEWARE !! The store staff are great to deal with. After roughly a 3 month wait my lounge was delivered and it looked great, I signed for it and the delivery guys were nice. THEN… I got up close and found a long surface cut on the back rest and phoned the store straight away who brushed me off to “Plush Care”. Weeks later I’m still waiting for a resolution. They plan to fix it rather than replace it. Naturally I’m very disappointed & wished I shopped elsewhere. UPDATE….. A number of days later “lounge repair guys” rang me and arranged a time to come and have a look. Gabriel was really nice and did a great job (highly recommend if ever need a lounge repaired) in certain light I can still see where it has been fixed, because I know it’s been fixed. I don’t think anybody else would see it. Disappointingly 6 days later I have not heard a word from Plush to see if I’m happy or not. No follow up at all. Again I would still shop elsewhere. (I did not reply to their generic response to my review. Sadly It goes to show how many damaged lounges they must deliver if they are unable to narrow down my experience from plush Fyshwick)"

"Went in to buy a ottoman from their floor stock clearance. Told we couldn't have it off the floor there would be a $45 delivery fee and a two week wait for a spot on a truck going to our suburb...what ???.it's floorstock with no matching anything to go with it. We walked away."

"What a bad experience. Once they get your money, beware of the drop off in customer service. I ordered a couch in Dec 2022 to be delivered to Country NSW in 10 weeks (mid march), was advised late January 2023 that they couldn't deliver to my area and it would be delivered to their store in Fyshwick. At a cost of $115. To get it delivered to their store. Not sure how that works, had to organise my own pick up and delivery from there. Numerous requests (and confirmations) to have it delivered elsewhere, yet it was still delivered to their fyshwick store. Not to mention it being delayed an extra 6 weeks (start of May), and nobody bothered to inform me. Such poor communication and lack of care, not to mention being ripped off for delivery. Will never return and advise others to look elsewhere."

"My experience at Plush was fantastic from beginning to end - from high quality furniture to amazing customer service. Chris from the Fyshwick showroom did everything a great salesman should do! He knew exactly when to come over to help with questions and when to give space to talk in private & never made me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. He was great at hanging around and being available for us to talk to him without being overbearing. He also knew the products and services extremely well and made me feel extremely confident in my purchase as he was able to give lots of detail and offer suggestions based on my situation. He asked lots of questions and was invested in my individual situation which was very helpful when making a decision on a big purchase. I would go as far as to say that Chris actually provided perfect customer service and should be commended for the great sense of pride he clearly takes in his job. When coming back to buy the couch the next day I was hoping to be served by Chris again as he was so helpful the day before, and luckily was.
