"Happy with my purchase. Wide range of choice for Canberra...now to the not so good part. The guy serving me was classic 'canberra-service'. No idea of customer service at all. Rude and aggressive. I have been nothing but polite to the guy and handed over nearly $900. When he served me he was really aggressive and if it wasn't for the fact I needed a chair I would have left. He made a mistake in the invoice (no big deal) but when I asked about it he was really rude and could not wait to tell me how wrong I was and inferring how stupid I was for questing the mistake on the invoice. I have been operating a business for over 20 years and if any of our staff behaved like this we would not have a business. To the Owner: I suggest you provide some training and motivation. It does not sound like this guy wants to be there at all. We have an office of 7 people and their chairs and equipment will need replacing at some stage but you can rest assured it won't be with Ergonomic Office Canberra. Good luck and have a nice day!"
