"Visited James Lane at DFO not really planning to buy anything because I had already set my mind on buying from another store. Saw the Dylan Darby on sale and in stock. Very well priced considering its leather with an electric recliner and quality is on par with other stores. Ordering was easy with the help of Uila. She offered to send me a quote with the configuration I wanted and said I could just call in or send her an email when I was ready so that I wouldn't have to go back to the store. She replied promptly and answered all my questions. I ordered on a Monday and the couch was delivered on time as promised on a Saturday. Smooth transaction without a hitch. (Couch was easy to assemble.)"

"Our purchase of a Bellambi Bedroom Suite was seamless from start to finish. Uila at the Fyshwick store was helpful and friendly, not at all pushy and gave us plenty of time to look at the product while answering our questions. We came back to the store a second time and purchased the suite. We were given a delivery date which was delivered as promised. The delivery fellows were a delight and the items were EXTREMELY well packaged. Lovely Uila from the Fyshwick store followed up the delivery on the next business day to make sure we were 100% happy (which we were). The quality of the furniture was exceptional, all the mitres were spot on. We will be recommending James Lane to others for value and phenomenal service."
