"I went into Teds store in the Canberra centre this week and needed help printing out a couple of photos. The man who assisted me (unfortunately I did not get his name) could not have been more helpful. He set me up and also helped when I had a problem. My purchase was only $1 but he gave me all the attention and help as if it was a large purchase. I cannot recommend this store high enough - well done Teds."

"Incredible service before purchase and during! Shout out to Tobias and Liam who helped my partner extensively over the phone to help find the perfect camera for my birthday. There was no guarantee we were purcashing a camera there, and even so, they were more than happy to assist with all my partners questions. After his experience, even just over the phone, we knew there was no where else we were going to find the right camera. In store, Tobias recognised my partners name and remembered my own even though we'd never met! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while helping me search for the right one that suited my needs. Afterwards, I was even offered training tools/classes to further my abilities, and answer any additional queries I had with my new camera! My partner and I don't write many reviews, but we couldn't not on this occassion. It was a truly above and beyond customer experience and we highly recommend going in and seeing the team for any and all of your camera needs. A truly outstanding experience. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they genuinely want what is best for their customers."

"This is my first ever google review. I visited the Ted's store today in Canberra centre. I have never had such a pleasant experience in any retail so far. The employees are just amazing and happy to help. I was attended in less than a minute and had a good run through about what sort sales they are providing. Tobias (advance aplogise if spell it wrong) helped me with my purchase, explaining me about the all the aspects about the lens and camera body, not only he helped me choose my lens and other items but also taught me few tips and tricks about cameras. My intention was to buy just the lens but ended buying studio lights and other gears as well. A very amazing experience I had. Will definetly purchase my further camera accessories from Ted's. "Great service here with friendly and helpful staff. Time was taken to show us several models of cameras, make detailed comparisons, and show the features to us. Cost wise it was more affordable than JB-Hifi. Lots of accessories (camera bags, SD cards, spare batteries etc). They also sell film and disposable cameras. Thanks guys!"
