Welcome to Northern Sound System (NSS), a vibrant and dynamic institution located in the heart of Elizabeth, South Australia. As a youth-focused facility dedicated to the Music and Creative Industries, we strive to provide a nurturing environment for aspiring artists to achieve their goals.

At NSS, we are proud to support and promote South Australian talent. Over the past eight years, N1Records, our affiliated record label, has supported and mentored more than 50 artists, including notable names such as George Alice, Tkay Maidza, MANE, Pinkish Blu, Cahli Blakers, TOWNS, and Glowing. We are committed to helping these artists thrive and reach their full potential.

In addition to our record label, NSS also offers a co-working space called "nextdoor." This creative industries hub serves as a platform for artists to come together, discuss ideas, inspire one another, and collaborate on various projects. We believe that by fostering a sense of community, we can create an environment where creativity flourishes.

We are excited to announce our partnership with the award-winning WOMADelaide festival for the NSS Academy. This collaboration will provide new opportunities for emerging artists to showcase their talent and gain valuable industry experience. We are dedicated to empowering artists like Bianca Nilsson, who is building her record label into a global powerhouse.
