"Partner just rang toys and it was laughable service. He clearly told the lady that the product was NEW and not on the website as of yet but has been seen in stores. He asked nicely for her to look, she looked on the shop floor only - NOT out the back. He then asked nicely to search by description and pop the numbers in which would bring up the article. Nope her lazy excuse was that it would come up with a thousand items, wouldn’t come up with a thousand items if you actually searched the correct thing and knew how to do your job. There’s a description option on the gun and if you search the first CORRECT title of the article it’ll come up straight away and you just click it, WOW. After I told her that the set was NEW she referred me to the website - fantastic listening skills. Clearly didn’t want to do her job, shouldn’t have even bothered picking up the phone. Rang at 9:00am 26th August on Saturday located in Toys, if management see this pin them being slackers or not knowing how to do their job correctly."

"Everything is placed together in brands. Easy to walk around and browse or go straight to the area which has the products you are looking for. I hate the checkout area, I dislike having to scan and pay for my own products. I feel I pay enough to have service, this is mainly the reason I don't go to Elizabeth very often, I mainly shop at Hollywood."

"I was there today, 2 people were in checkout, the boy was working but the girl was holding her phone to her ear but not serving the customer. She wasn’t talking to anyone, just to avoid the customer she was holding her phone to her ear. It was at the customer service area, where the changing rooms are! I was there on 10th of May 2023, 3:43-3:48pm, if the manager wanna know who was the girl!"

"Only came in to get something that was on special as I do not like that the store is all self serve. We were waiting for a cash or card check out to become available and had to let quite a few people go ahead of us because we wanted to pay cash. Card payers were using the cash and card checkouts so we had to wait until they were done. How about either open a check out for people wanting to pay cash or make at least one of your self serve checkouts cash only. Not everyone wants to pay by card. We will not be back."

"Had some good priced clothing and decent range, store was looking run down with clothing and shoes on floor instead of on shelves. People trying and putting back I know but staff should be staying on top of that better than they are as there was a lot."
