"I recently consulted Dr Usha Rao as my regular GP was busy. I observed that Dr Rao lacks professional ethics asking professionally inappropriate questions. Dr Rao was chaotic and kept on asking an excessively probing question repeatedly, which made me feel uncomfortable, she was also quite chaotic in providing advice to me and had to have a few striking throughs in the script/test requests. It would have helped if she had a bit more pleasant disposition by erasing the persistent frowning from her forehead. Dr Rao would benefit from ethics and customer service training. I suggest authorities review her continued working as a GP."
