"Giving this (largely) incompetent human circus one star for the fact that the basement has three hour parking right by the mall. Avoid if you're after actual mental health care at all costs (lol jks it's a free service) Their after hours crisis line seem to specialise in escalating rather than soothing situations and honestly it's workers could probably use some support of their own judging by how damn nasty they are. Wait, no. One and a half stars for the few staff who are exceptions to this rule. Say 2/10"
"Very very slow, we had to wait almost half an hour even after they were done with the previous patients"
"It is quite hard to decide what stars to put for this review as I have encountered some good staff and some absolutely attrocious ones. The two Dentist I have seen were friendly polite and good with children where as the dental assistant that we got was shockingly rude and just down right nasty to my child. I have had a staff from reception say they will call me back to book our next appointment and never contact me (I checked for missed calls, emails or texts and nothing) then there was another who went out of his way to make sure an appointed got booked and I got contacted. So overall this centre is too bad but there are some staff that are just down right incompetent and shouldnt be in healthcare."
"the dentist today had a delightful bedside manner for my son’s dentist appointment this morning at the Belconnen health centre. He and his assistant were meticulous, professional and lovely, putting my son at ease. Very impressed!"
"I parked directly out front on a Sunday morning and I was the only person in the clinic. A friendly receptionist welcomed me, and I saw nurse Sandra. She had good bedside manner and clearly explained what to expect, and how to treat my illness in plain English. The consult room was new, clean and had natural light coming in. I was back out in under 20 minutes. This was a great experience, much better than one at a nearby competitor."
