"I was there at 3:35 pm they were supposed to be close at 4 they said we are closing in 5 minutes so I quickly chose my bag and when I took the bag took to the counter and and they were like we are closing in 5 mins when it was just 3:45 pm. Worst customer service people ever seen. Felt they were talking behind me saying you should have closes the door beforehand. Racist."

The shop was an absolute mess, half the shelves were blocked by boxes, making them inaccessible aswell as it being impossible for a pram, wheelchair or trolley due to many boxes on the floor space-one in which I trippes on, the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think, also offered no staff assistance. Think I'll stick with Lovisa."
