"Went in store recently, was the only customer there and saw the two lady sales associates at the counter watching a video on an iPad or tablet, after browsing a little without being acknowledged I had a begrudging offer of assistance from one of the ladies, which I accepted only to be told it would be better if I came back in 40mins. 1 star because you can’t give 0."

"Attempting to charge for a resize after agreeing to special order rings in the required size. Caused distress to my partner and the manager tried to blame the sales girl. Product is great but service completely lacking"

"My Husband bought my engagement ring just over 3 years ago. This is now the 4th time it has had to go back in to be repaired because of one of the smaller diamonds falling out! Every time my ring has had to go back in to be repaired it has taken 4 weeks or a little more. This time being the 4th time for the same issue it has been 6 weeks with no result. We are constantly told a manager will call us! (does a manager even work there) We have not received a phone call we have constantly been chasing them. We have always tried to be easy going about it but this is a JOKE and we just want people to communicate with us about our complaint! and be given a solution not just palmed off. This is not the way to treat customers that pay quite a lot of money for something that is meant to hold a lot of sentimental value! Now seeing all the other reviews i see i am not the only one having issues."

"Went to put my ring in to be "serviced" on the life plan they provide. The lady couldn't find my details at first, finally they found it and took my ring. Once i got home and gave my husband the receipt, he freaked out as they grossly under valued the ring (that he got from their shop!) He called the belconnen store straight away and found out they had put the price of the wedding band, not the engagement ring, they then couldnt find the ring (they had lost it within the 40minutes they had it!). They put the wrong store number on the receipt and denied we had even dropped the ring off. I went straight back to the store, where they magically found it and i took the ring back. They declined any knowledge of my husband calling, until i left the store. They called me 5 minutes later and said they had a business card from their manager and if i wanted it? Im so glad i went back in and got the ring, i have no doubt they would have lost it. Shocking!"

"They lost my wife’s engagement ring!!! I recently bought a ring for my wife from this store, one that matched the style of my wife’s engagement ring. The regional manager convinced me that the engagement ring could do with rhodium plating (white gold) for $60. 3 weeks past the expected arrival date, my wife goes to pick up the ring and was informed that the ring cannot be found. I have rang multiple times, emailed, and visited since then to request an explanation, I was told that I would receive a call that afternoon from the regional manager. No call has been made, and barely any explanation has been provided. I am still waiting. I am at a loss as to what to do. For the sake of a $60 service, it appears as though they have lost my wife’s engagement ring. Speechless."
